Recognizing that plans can change, we have instituted a commitment-free and cost-free way to express interest in one or more of our tours

Please complete the form below to indicate the Artblazing tour(s) you wish to join. Starting a month prior to the tour commitment deadline -- or even earlier if the demand is particularly high -- we will contact you to confirm your participation and collect a $500 deposit.

If a tour's status is marked as 'In High Demand,' it will likely develop a waiting list. However, we encourage you to opt-in even for these tours, as plans often change among confirmed participants. We frequently rely on our waiting list to fill spots that become available, so don't hesitate to express your interest regardless of a tour's current status.

If a specific tour doesn't garner sufficient interest, we reserve the option to cancel up to 5 months before the departure date. In that case, any deposits collected will be fully refunded.

Once a tour is confirmed, our standard payment schedule and cancellation policy, as outlined in our tour policies, will take effect.
