Welcome to Artblazing Tours. Prepare to enrich your cultural understanding and deepen your appreciation for the world of fine art.

This policy document outlines important details about our tour operations to help you plan your journey.

TOUR PRICING

Our prices are competitive and based on group size and costs in the destination country.

INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE:

  • Admission fees for museums, tours, and other activities described in the itinerary

  • Arrival airport transfer and ground transportation to scheduled activities (unless walking)

  • Lodging price per person is for double occupancy. For solo travelers preferring private accommodations, single rooms are available for an additional fee. This fee, known as the 'Single Supplement,' is specified on each tour's page.

  • All breakfasts and most other meals as specified on tour page

  • Support from tour hosts and guides

  • Administration fees

THE FOLLOWING ITEM ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE TOUR PRICE:

  • Airfare to and from the tour destination

  • Personal purchases and additional pampering services.

  • Any tips you wish to dispense.

  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended, see details below).

GROUP SIZE

Tour group sizes are limited to provide an optimal experience. Group maximums vary per tour but we aim to keep to no more than 10 participants (plus staff), thus completing the Count Me In form is recommended to join a tour.

ACTIVITY LEVEL

Artblazing tours have a moderately intense activity level rating. Be prepared to spend 2+ hours at a time walking through various cities, some with inclines, in order to access museums and other sights. Sit down breaks, including meals, are scheduled throughout each tour day.

We reserve the right to discourage participation if known limitations may impede the overall group experience.

FLEXIBILITY

Our itineraries aim to strike a balance between cultural education and relaxation. You may choose to skip any scheduled activity, but please notify us in advance. No refunds are provided for missed activities or meals. Itineraries are carefully planned but may require last-minute adjustments.

LIABILITY

While we prioritize your safety, Artblazing Tours cannot be held liable for illness, terrorism, natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
 

MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

We aim to accommodate all travelers to the best of our abilities. Please inform us about any medical needs or physical limitations, and we will advise if your conditions may impact your enjoyment of the tour.

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCESS

Publishing tour dates and itineraries on the website does not guarantee that a tour will take place. Each tour has a 'Commitment Deadline.' If you’re interested in joining a tour, please first complete the Count Me In form.
Approximately one month before the tour commitment deadline—or earlier in cases of high demand—Artblazing will contact potential participants to confirm their intentions and collect a $500 deposit.

If a tour's status is marked as 'In High Demand,' it may have a waiting list. However, we encourage you to opt-in even for these tours, as plans often change among confirmed participants. We frequently rely on our waiting list to fill spots that become available, so don't hesitate to express your interest regardless of a tour's current status.
If a tour does not attract sufficient interest, Artblazing reserves the right to cancel it up to five months before the scheduled departure date. In such cases, any deposits collected will be fully refunded. Once a tour is officially confirmed, the standard payment schedule and cancellation policy, as detailed below, will apply.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own international flights. It is advisable to wait for tour confirmation before finalizing travel arrangements.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • A month prior to tour Commitment Deadline, or much earlier if the demand is particularly high:

    • $500 deposit due to affirm your commitment to joining the tour or be on the waiting list

Once the tour is confirmed, the total tour fee is paid through the following installment schedule:

  • 4 months before tour start date:

    • 2nd Payment: Half of the remaining balance due

  • 2 months before tour start date:

    • Final Payment: Remaining balance due

Payment reminders with due dates will be sent via email for each installment. Payment amounts may differ if registering after an installment due date has passed or for other reasons. Artblazing will email payment confirmations when possible.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payments can be made in various forms:

By check: made out to “Artblazing LLC” at 11 Mohonk Road, High Falls, NY 12440

To pay by Zelle or other means, please contact us directly for payment details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the event of tour cancellation by Artblazing (up to 5 months), all deposits collected will be refunded in full. Additionally, if a participant chooses to cancel their reservation before tour confirmation, their deposit will be fully reimbursed.

  • Following tour confirmation, participant cancellations will result in deductions based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • 4-5 months before tour:
    - $250 per person administrative fee deducted from the initial deposit

  • 1-4 months before tour:
    - 50% refund of total amounts paid

  • Less than 1 month before tour:
    - No refund; full costs forfeited to Artblazing Tours

* A month is calculated as 30 days.

TOUR STATUS

  • OPEN

A tour marked as 'Open' indicates that we are in the process of collecting interest through the Count Me In form. 

  • IN HIGH DEMAND

If a tour's status is marked as 'In High Demand,' it's likely to fill up quickly and may develop a waiting list. We recommend promptly completing the 'Count Me In' form to indicate your interest in the tour.

Once we confirm the tour and reach the maximum number of travelers, we'll contact those beyond this limit and invite them to join the waiting list.
To secure a position on the waiting list, individuals will need to submit a $500 deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded if a spot doesn't become available on the tour.
Waiting list participants may cancel their reservation at any time without any obligation to join the tour. In such cases, we will refund the full deposit amount.. 

  • WAITING LIST ONLY

If a tour's status is marked as 'Waiting List Only,' it means the tour has been confirmed and is full. We invite you to join the waiting list by completing the Count Me In form.

  • CLOSED

A tour marked as 'Closed' indicates that it either no longer accepts waiting list entries or has already taken place.
